Good news is getting hard to come by these days. We could all use a lot more encouragement. TGIF is one thing, but how about TGIM<\/strong>? TGIM! GOOD NEWS<\/strong> is a weekly email teaching<\/em> sent out every Monday. It is designed to help get your week off to a good start. TGIM <\/strong>is a biblical explanation, with practical application for daily living. Thank GOD It\u2019s Monday began in January 2005!<\/p>\n

The Point Is:<\/strong><\/span> Everyone has heard of TGIF, \u201cThank God It\u2019s Friday.\u201d \u00a0It seems most people agonize<\/em> through the week with a \u201cgrin and bear it\u201d attitude. \u00a0The general consensus is, \u201cI can\u2019t wait until Friday.\u201d \u00a0Then when Friday finally<\/em> arrives, it\u2019s TGIF! time because the weekend is almost here. \u00a0But what kind of life is that? <\/em>Why wait for the weekend to enjoy life when you can live each day to the fullest? Start each week with TGIM! \u00a0\u201cThank God it\u2019s Monday!\u201d \u00a0Every day is the Lord\u2019s Day. \u00a0Therefore, if God is in control of your life, every day can be a good<\/em> day regardless of what you\u2019re doing or what happens. \u00a0Furthermore, you can face every day with a sense of joyful expectancy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Application Is:<\/strong><\/span> Have you entrusted your life to the Lord? \u00a0If you have, then you can awake each morning with joyful anticipation. \u00a0You are His and the day is His. \u00a0You\u2019re in good hands in the Lord! \u00a0So, thank God it\u2019s Monday, rejoice and be glad in it. \u00a0TGIM! \u00a0Then keep right on going through the week\u2026 TGIT! TGIW! TGIT! TGIF! TGIS! TGIS! \u00a0Now that\u2019s a good attitude!<\/span><\/p>\n
