\n<\/span>\u201cAnd He [the Lord Jesus Christ] said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. \u00a0He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. \u00a0So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. \u00a0And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. \n<\/span>\u201cHow shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard Him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?\u201d \u00a0Hebrews 2:3-4

\n<\/span>\u201cWherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.\u201d Hebrews 12:1-2

\n<\/span>\u201cDear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.\u201d 1 John 4:1

\n<\/span>\u201cJudge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.\u201d John 7:24<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cYou judge after the flesh; I judge no man. \u00a0And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I, and the Father that sent me.\u201d John 8:15-16

\n<\/span>\u201cThen the LORD said to me, The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds.\u201d Jeremiah 14:14<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cThis is what the LORD Almighty says: Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD.\u201d Jeremiah 23:16<\/p>\n
\u201cThe visions of your prophets were false and worthless; they did not expose your sin, to ward off your captivity. The oracles they gave you were false and misleading.\u201d Lamentations 2:14<\/p>\n
\u201cHer prophets whitewash these deeds for them by false visions and lying divinations. They say, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says’-when the LORD has not spoken.\u201d Ezekiel 22:28<\/p>\n
\u201cWatch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.\u201d Matthew 7:15<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.\u201d Matthew 24:11<\/p>\n
\u201cFor false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect\u2014if that were possible.\u201d Matthew 24:24<\/p>\n
\u201cBut there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them\u2014bringing swift destruction on themselves.\u201d 2 Peter 2:1<\/p>\n
\u201cUnto the church of God, which is at Corinth\u2026 Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift\u2026 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ\u2026. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. \u00a0And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.\u201d 1 Corinthians 1:2, 7, 3:1, 2 Corinthians 11:13-15

\n<\/span>\u201cAnd Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. \u00a0For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods.\u201d Exodus 7:10-12

\n<\/span>\u201cNot every one that says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father, which is in heaven. \u00a0Many will say to me in that day, \u201cLord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name, and in your name have cast out devils, and in your name done many wonderful works?\u201d \u00a0And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.<\/span><\/p>\nTherefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.\u201d Matthew 7:21-24<\/p>\n
\u201cFor other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.\u201d 1 Corinthians 3:11<\/p>\n
\u201cJesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever. \u00a0Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. \u00a0For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace\u2026\u201d Hebrews 13:8-9

\n<\/span>\u201cBut by the grace of God I am what I am: and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.\u201d 1 Corinthians 15:10

\n<\/span>\u201cI am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.\u201d \u00a0Galatians 2:20
