FAILURE . . . God’s Doorway to Success!

“And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Weak, yet strong: Although I am weak in the outer man of the flesh, I am strong in the inner man of the Spirit. Therefore, my true self (the person I am on the inside) is strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. So, it is not just that He is strong, but that I am strong in Him. His grace truly is sufficient for me! Failure through my flesh has actually paved the way for true success, as I begin to live according to the Spirit. Therefore, when I am weak, then and only then I am strong! Hallelujah!!!
