My Testimony

A rotten road I’ve traveled,

The way of sin I’ve been.

I saw my life unraveled,

And felt I must give in.

Then I found the way to lift my load,

My burden, someone to bear.

I chose to go the high road

And victory was my fare.

Praise God! I’ve found the victory,

Christ made it clear to me.

The way of victory, you see,

Is found at Calvary.

The cross of Calvary is my victory!

At the cross, Satan was defeated,

On the cross, Christ died as me.

My sins were forgiven,

And now I’ve been made free.

Praise God, I’m free!

I’m free, I’m free, I’m free indeed!

At last, I’m free, free to be me!

Yes, I’ve found the way of victory,

The way for me and you.

I’ve found the way of victory,

None else will ever do.

My victorious King Jesus!

Made me victorious in Him.

Thank God for victory in Jesus!

So, now I walk in victory!

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Amen!

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15:57
