WOKE ALERT-WHAT’S A PARENT TO DO?

WOKE ALERT . Woke Philosophy, Cancel Culture, Critical Race Theory, Liberal Theology – What’s a parent to do? The world is being inundated with very divisive, destructive ideologies. The only message that is truly progressive is based upon the unchanging Word of God. However, Bible knowledge is not enough. It is imperative to know the […]

THE KEEPER OF THE CLOCK

My husband, Lewis, is an excellent shopper when it comes to bargains. About 5 years ago in 1992 he purchased a very nice $150 gold Seiko watch for just $50. He really likes his watch. One feature he values is that it has an alarm, which he can use when he travels. Several months ago the nice […]

VETERANS DAY

. A TRIBUTE TO OUR VETERANS IN THE DAWN’S EARLY LIGHT . One Veterans Day morning, as I watched the sunrise, I paused to reflect on the significance of Veterans Day. My thoughts turned to more sobering times: the service of our military veterans, including my own service in the United States Navy. . It […]

HEAVEN: You’re Already There

The Lord Jesus Christ offers you a future and a hope beyond this present life. He instructs you to pray, “Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven” (Matthew 6:9–10). It’s plain to see from this Scripture passage that God […]

BOOKS EVERYWHERE . . . And Everyone Seems to be an Expert Dr. Lewis Gregory   “But, my child, let me give you some further advice: Be careful, for writing books is endless, and much study wears you out” (Ecclesiastes 12:12).  When it comes to Christian biblical teachings you must be very careful what, […]

THE MORE EXCELLENT WAY

There is a whole lot of HATE going around. The inordinate amount of vehement hate and hostility toward families, neighbors, employees, employers, police authorities, and government leaders is unprecedented. The mean, cruel, vile and vicious things being said are extremely toxic. With every hateful word we are unleashing a contagion far more lethal than any […]

GROSS DARKNESS

MY HEART IS HEAVY about the strong delusion and gross darkness that is spreading over the Earth and engulfing even the Christians. “Because people refused the love of the truth that would have saved them, God will send them a powerful delusion so that they might believe the lie. . . .” (2 Thessalonians […]
